It was WWDC season, a event so powerful everybody gets to watch this exact same thing unfold whether you’re team iPhone, Android or Linux phone. Apart from all the AI crap being fed to everybody, I was particularly looking at the core OS, after witnessing Apple acknowledging it’s mistakes made with iOS 26, iOS 27 is more of a “performance booster” rather than a whole new experience. So this is the iPhone SE 3rd Generation, currently running iOS 27 Beta 1, after backing up my device and accepting all possible risks when using a beta release, so far it’s a promising start as it runs significantly faster than the latest stable release of iOS 26, This was primarily made possible by implementing CPU schedulers on all currently supported models which includes phones as old as the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and SE 2, which means it receives it’s 8th major update since it was first introduced in 2019, and it’s especially good news for iPhones 12 and 13 mini as they can breathe new life far from the hellish buggy mess that was iOS 26. Another being cleaning up the user interface as things felt heavy and bloated especially on older models. Without further ado, here are the following things that are noticeable on the first Beta version of iOS 27.
